Fans of the Frankfurt Radio Big Band can look forward to hearing Coltrane's masterpiece “A Love Supreme”, in Jim McNeely's version, live once again that evening. The program also includes music by Isaiah Collier himself, newly arranged by Grammy Award winner John Beasley! John Coltranes 100. Geburtstag ehren wir gemeinsam mit Isaiah Collier: Der junge Saxofonist aus Chicago steht Coltrane im Geiste sehr nah. hr-Bigband-Fans können sich freuen, an dem Abend “A Love Supreme”, Coltranes Meisterwerk, in der Version von Jim McNeely noch einmal live zu hören.
