DJ Supasmash Mashup - SHOUT WHENEVER (Fan-Requested) [feat. Justin Bieber, Jay Sean, Akon, and more]

My "See What I Mean" mashup (the prior mix of mine to include "Beautiful" by Akon) recently got a fan's wheels spinning, namely ‪@Chris-pu6bh‬ who left a comment asking me to "try" mashing up the following 3 tracks: *Jay Sean feat. Lil Wayne - Down *Justin Bieber feat. Ludacris - Baby *Akon, Colby O'Donis, Kardinal Offishall - Beautiful ...and I knew "trying" wouldn't be required to put together a mashup like this. Since I already used the vocals from "Beautiful" in the previous "See What I Mean" mashup, I decided to use only the instrumental this time, underneath the vocals from "Baby" and "Down".
