2026-09-01 Brands Hatch 4th Session - Caterham 7 Roadsport SV

Final session before the lunch break on a wonderfully quiet track day. Learned my lesson on track limits (for now!) and made the most of clean air and ideal weather for continuous flying laps. Towards the end of the stint, I caught up with a Fun Cup car running a very similar pace. Tucking in behind them for a few laps gave me a great tow down the straight, clocking a new top speed for the car at Brands Hatch of 106.4 mph. To top it off, I broke my previous Brands Hatch PB (57.03s)—first dipping down to a 56.844s, and then shaving it further to a 56.807s a couple of laps later.
