Flathead Catch & Cook! | South Coast

We headed down to the South Coast with high hopes of chasing flatheads. The bite was definitely slow to start, and we really had to work for them, but patience paid off in the end. We still managed to land a few decent flatheads to make the session well worth it. Instead of cooking up by the water, we headed back to the cabin to turn our fresh harvest into an epic catch and cook. We prepped the fillets and whipped up some fresh flatty tacos. There is absolutely nothing better than sitting back at the cabin, relaxing, and eating fresh fish tacos right after a hard day on the water. Perfect coastal vibes.
