【FGO】 Moriarty (Ruler) Looping

I'll be honest, unfortunately Moriarty is not a great looper, and his damage is on the poor side requiring Oberon more often than not... I am unsure why they decided to skimp on him when making him better and refund more will not hurt anyone exactly.
