If you could change three things about your student ministry right now, what would they be?
In this standalone episode of _Student Ministry Conversations_, Brent and David take an honest look at their current ministries and discuss the things they would change, simplify, strengthen, or approach differently.
We're not talking about hypothetical ministries or looking back at what we wish we'd done years ago. We're examining the ministries we're leading today—the programs, systems, relationships, and leadership decisions that shape our weekly work with students.
Through honest conversation, we'll explore what's working, what might need adjusting, and why even experienced youth pastors need to remain willing to evaluate their approach.
Because faithful ministry doesn't mean doing everything the same way forever. Sometimes it means having the humility to recognize when something needs to change.
Whether you're leading a small youth group or a large student ministry, this episode will challenge you to ask:
If I were evaluating my ministry today, what would I change—and what's keeping me from changing it?
