Bosch economic V 463 Washing Machine - Much Needed Repairs and 95°C Wash

Oh no, a German machine!? Yes, something different came into my collection. It was sold as "fully functional" and after inspection it was far away from even functional. Bearings were completly shot, but bigger surprise was arcing from the motor. Carbon brushes were completly gone and no way, to find new ones. I've bought similar size of carbon brushes and sanded them down to fit. Few runs to get them properly seated was enough. I've also got a new complete set of bearings, main seal and shock absorbers. After all the repairs it can continue its life as a work horse, heater its 3kW, spins up to 800RPM. All the parts are made by Siemens.
