Systematic reviews are hard. But what if the problem isn’t you? For a long time, I thought systematic reviews were just difficult because they were supposed to be difficult. Then I realized something: a lot of us were never actually taught how to do them step by step. Here is the link to all my research planning templates: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... ABOUT THIS VIDEO In this video, I break down some of the things that make systematic reviews feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure everything out on your own. I talk about the learning curve, the confusion around where to start, and why having a clear process can make research feel much less intimidating. If you’re a nursing student, public health student, postgraduate student, researcher, or anyone trying to conduct a systematic review, this video is for you. You don't necessarily need to be “bad at research.” Sometimes, you simply need someone to show you how the pieces fit together. If you're currently learning research the hard way, you're definitely not alone. #SystematicReview #Research #NursingResearch #PublicHealth #ResearchMethods #AcademicResearch
