Life After Pediatric Heart Transplant: Kelsey’s Story of Strength

When doctors discovered a heart murmur during a routine pediatric wellness visit, Kelsey was immediately referred to Children’s, where she was diagnosed with mitral valve regurgitation. Months later, she underwent a successful heart transplant and rang the bell to celebrate her recovery.
