Taiwan 2026: Ximending, Taipei City Tour and Pokemon Center Taipei

Kam with us on our first trip to Taiwan! They say, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do." I say, "When in Taiwan, eat what the Taiwanese eats!" Our Taiwan food trip started great with a humongous bowl of beef tendon and tripe noodle soup from Michelin-starred Lao Shan Dong. Their chive dumplings are a must-try too! I loved that we found quirky and cute yet functional designs for our Easycards! They double as souvenirs after your Taiwan trip. I was amazed on how efficient and easy public transportation is in Taiwan. Going around wasn't a hassle if you just follow Google maps. When we visited Taiwan, the weather was hot and humid so we brought breezy clothes, but the weather varies every season so it's best to check the weather app when planning your outfits.
