vault56 Studio: your brand in every project, with the Graphical profile

The Graphical profile in vault56 Studio is your brand written down once: your colours, fonts and logos, and a few words about your tone of voice. It belongs to a workspace, so every project in that workspace can follow it. It is a feature of the Pro package. In this video: opening the Graphical profile, reading a brand guide for free (a PDF made up for this video; Word, PowerPoint, a picture or plain text work too), checking the proposal and giving each colour its role, saving it, and adding logos for a light background, a dark background and a symbol. The guide is read as a proposal that you review: nothing is saved until you press Save profile. If a guide is mostly written in sentences, vault56 AI can read it instead, and the price is shown first. Then we use the profile in a second project: save a checkpoint in History, switch on Keep the design to the graphical profile, press Apply to this project (colours and fonts go into the project's own files and the logos are copied in), and ask the builder for a change in plain words. The builder follows the profile, and says what it could not check. Finally, an imported site: Studio proposes which of the site's colours and fonts become the profile's, and you tick what to change. Who can change it: in your own workspace, you. In a company workspace, the owners and admins edit the profile, and everyone else in that workspace can read it. Each project chooses for itself whether the builder keeps to it. Step by step: 1. Open a project, choose More, then Graphical profile. 2. Press Read a brand document and pick your brand guide. Check the colours, fonts, tone of voice and rules. 3. Press Save profile. Then add your logos. 4. In a project: save a checkpoint in History, open Graphical profile, tick Keep the design to the graphical profile, and press Apply to this project. 5. Ask the builder for changes as usual.
