Finke Desert Race 2022 Day 1

2022 saw my first experience of the Finke Desert Race. After years of wanting to go to this event in the Northern Territory, a mate who is involved with one of the teams as the main team mechanic had a spare seat in his ute, so in June 2022 we set off to tow the two CanAm's to Alice Springs. We had many adventures just getting to Alice Springs, so come along on the journey with us and see how it went. Would we even make it?
