Repainted Inter-City 125 HST Heads To London For ‘The Journey Shrinker’ & A BR Blue Class37 02/10/26

Join me for 2 days trainspotting on the busy ECML. Starting with BR Class 37 37 424 making it's way down from Barrow Hill Roundhouse to London to perform Class 700 drag duties to have all the Class 700 seats replaced. Along with the regular passenger services seen on the ECML we also have a DB Class 66 passing through. Moving onto Fri 2nd Oct the pace ramps up with 2 Lumo services, BR Class 91 91 110 'Battle of Britain Memorial Flight' as well as the main highlight of the day being 125 Group's HST heading down to London ready for 'The Journey Shrinker' & 'The Rio Revival' Railtours. To add to the excitement BR Class 43 43 159 has been freshly repainted from its Midland Mainline Livery into this very striking BR Inter-City 125 Yellow & Black.
