How To Make Priority 5 Animations For SecondLife Using Blender And Avastar

Here is a Blender / Avastar / SecondLife tutorial on how I make priority 5 animations! This is ONLY for animations that have to override AO animations and such. Full body animations for AOs should be priority 3, but since a ton of animators didn't do that, things like this helmet hold must be priority 5, when they should have been priority 4.
