The Day That Mike & Carrie's Kiss Set Off a Firestorm | Days of our Lives | 1999 | FREE EPISODE

At the hospital, Laura (Jaime Lyn Bauer) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) share a quiet moment before the wedding, with Marlena confiding just how worried she's grown over "Hope's" (Kristian Alfonso) recent behavior. On the terrace, Mike (Roark Critchlow) and Carrie (Christie Clark) share a tender kiss that Sami (Alison Sweeney) can't help but witness, leading to a heated confrontation between the sisters over loyalty, Will, and what Carrie truly wants. But the real tension builds at the townhouse, where Bo (Peter Reckell) and Greta (Julianne Morris) grow convinced that "Hope" isn't herself at all, especially once Greta reveals a second compact was made behind everyone's back. When "Hope" heads out of town, Bo tails her, only for her to run him off the road and steal his keys, leaving him stranded as she races to a secret rendezvous. Meanwhile, Gina lures John (Drake Hogestyn) into the woods for what's really the final step in Stefano's plan to transform him, even as Marlena and Sami wait for him at the Penthouse Grill, no idea anything is wrong.
