This episode is all about jamming in as much as we can into one day and moving from a great low-cost camp to a beautiful free camp both right on the Murray River.
We kick things off at Moorook, waking up in a low cost riverside camp that gave us a place to camp without getting bogged when leaving after all the rain.
After packing up it was off to Loxton for a day packed full of adventure!
From wandering the riverfront to checking out the historic paddle steamer, being in awe of the Tree of Knowledge, climbing up to the lookout, and hunting down the iconic River Red Chairs, Loxton delivers that perfect mix of charm and river history.
As the day winds down, we cram in as many cliff top lookouts as we can, on the way to Swan Reach.
We score a peaceful free camp right on the river, finishing the day with calm water, quiet surroundings, and that classic Murray River sunset glow.
