Why did I choose the KTM 390 Adventure? After riding and comparing the Triumph Scrambler 400X, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, and KTM 390 Adventure, I finally found the bike that made the most sense for my kind of riding. From city traffic to open highways, I tested them back-to-back and looked beyond the spec sheet — comfort, practicality, electronics, touring ability, handling and the overall riding experience. The KTM wasn't perfect. It has its quirks, including low-RPM vibrations and the lowest mileage of the three. But after spending time with it, the combination of light weight, cruise control, quickshifter, riding modes, wind protection and that 350cc engine made it feel like the most complete one-bike garage for me. This is not a professional comparison. It's simply my experience, my observations, and why I finally picked the KTM 390 Adventure.
