DRO Installation on Grizzly G0602 Lathe

How I installed a DRO PROS 2L Digital Read Out (DRO) kit on my Grizzly G0602 10x22 lathe. I ordered the kit with a 150mm 1 micron glass scale for the cross slide, and a 550mm 5 micron glass scale for the longitudinal axis (carriage).
