How to connect Claude to Odoo with a native MCP server. Step by step for Claude Desktop and Claude Code: mint a Bearer API key in Odoo 17, paste the snippet, then ask Claude for live ERP data (customers, quotations, sales orders). Claude talks to the same Model Context Protocol endpoint as Gemini, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot: POST /mcp with Authorization: Bearer. Do not put the API key in the query string. The key is shown once in Connect AI Assistant; archive it in Odoo to revoke.
