We are Dian, Khansa, and Yasmin from Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur, proud to present our research project, VERIC. In today’s fast-paced digital era, public policy debates and social media news feeds continuously expose readers to complex framing, policy jargon, and rhetorical biases. VERIC (Verification and Evaluation of Rhetorical Intent in Content) is an innovative pedagogical framework designed to empower readers, especially youth,to critically analyze, evaluate, and navigate news media objectively.
