Everyone says Endless Shrimp killed Red Lobster. It didn't. In 2014 a private equity firm bought the biggest seafood chain in the world and sold its buildings the same day. Ten years later, 99 restaurants closed in a single week. This seven-part series follows the whole story, from a roadside restaurant in Lakeland, Florida in 1968 to the bankruptcy court in 2024, told by someone who spent 25 years working restaurant floors.
