I tried to make a cozy family home in the sims 4 for a single mom as a nonbuilder

I used only sims 4 kits for this build and base game! I was wondering is it even possible? As someone who doesn't build that much in the sims 4, I attempted to build in this shell and make a single mom home with two kids. Mom kicked Dad to the curb and his stuff is still outside. She's tired of forgiving him and his indiscretion and it's time she prioritizes herself! I guess this is considered a speed build? What’s the gnomes lore? When she moved to this home, she found these gnomes from the shop and her kid wanted it, so she bought it not knowing they’d guide her into leaving a toxic relationship.
