The Shape of Distance

“The Shape of Distance” is a melodic vocal trance duet about two people who were once close, but whose lives slowly carried them in different directions. Built around the memory of an old train journey, the song reflects on distance, time and the strange way certain moments remain vivid even after years have passed. Different cities, different skies and different lives may separate two people, but some memories never completely fade. With intimate male and female vocals, warm pads, shimmering arpeggios and an uplifting melodic trance arrangement, The Shape of Distance is about everything that changes — and everything that somehow stays with us. #TheShapeOfDistance #NOVEN #MelodicTrance #VocalTrance #TranceMusic #ElectronicMusic #ProgressiveTrance #MaleFemaleDuet #EmotionalTrance #MelodicElectronic #CinematicTrance #EDM #OriginalMusic #NewMusic #electronicmusic2026 Lyrics: I remember summer rain on the glass of that old train you were laughing by the door like we'd never leave that day Years have carried us away different roads and different skies The shape of distance in my mind is the road we left behind every mile and every year drawing you a little near The shape of distance in the air is the memory we share time may take us far apart but it never leaves the heart Sometimes in the quiet night I recall that passing train how the world kept moving on but the feeling stayed the same Different cities, different days still the memory remains The shape of distance in my mind is the road we left behind every mile and every year drawing you a little near Somewhere far you may be walking under different skies Somewhere too I still see shadows of the life we'd be The shape of distance in our minds is the road we left behind The shape of distance
