Control drawing-status labels across linked Revit title blocks from one place with Global Parameters. In this practical tutorial, we replace the sheet-by-sheet approach of copying status text with visibility parameters in a title-block family. We then associate those parameters with Global Parameters in the project and check the result across plans, sections and an assembly sheet. You will see how to: Find Global Parameters under the Manage tab. Prepare status text in the title-block family. Create Yes/No visibility parameters for each status. Associate those parameters with Global Parameters for each required title-block type. Switch from For Information Only to Released for Construction. The important setup step is linking every title-block type that should follow the global values. When changing status, disable the old value and enable the new one.
