For the latest installment of The Renaissance Show, we spent time with Northeast producer LOMAN during his first trip to Japan. We filmed at his Airbnb as he prepared for his upcoming sets on the tour, giving us a look at the work happening between performances and the process of preparing to bring his music to a new audience. LOMAN also reflects on experiencing Japan for the first time, and the way the country preserves and continues to engage with its musical history. Coming from Cambridge, Massachusetts, LOMAN has built a catalog of production and collaborations across the underground, including work with Nyeusi Loe, Connis, RLX and Chandler Ward.
