Amman Valley Trail : Showing the route to Brynamman : A gem of a path, has it been overlooked?

I haven't been down the Amman Valley trail much this year, but I know it well and asked Jason if he would like to join me on a ride along it so I could show him the sights. With all the current excitement over the Tywi valley cycle path, this little gem of a path has been forgotten. The Amman Valley cycle path starts in Pantyffynnon and goes all the way to Brynamman. You can also pick it up a bit further on from Brynamman and cycle onwards to Ystradowen. The path follows the river Amman with numerous spots for picnics and stops. Coaltown coffee is also on route so you can pop in for some coffee and cake. Join us both for silly banter and a ride along the Amman Valley trail.
