Borderlands 2: Legendary Pandemic - Does it suck!?

The Pandemic is the legendary corrosive Vladof grenade. This a cousin of the Storm Front and Fire Bee. I would say that it is, by a fairly wide margin, the weakest of the three. However, the other two are top tier grenades, and simply being weaker than those doesn't make this grenade suck. It's a powerful grenade that does a good job against armored enemies. It doesn't suck, but it's not hugely game changing.
