Imperial Guard Commissars | 40k Lore Primer

The Emperor has need of those who do not break. Feared by the enemy, and by the very soldiers they fight beside, the Commissars of the Officio Prefectus are the Imperium's last line against cowardice and heresy. But every Commissar was once a child. An orphan of a fallen hero, taken in by the Schola Progenium and forged, year by year, into the figure in the black greatcoat. In this video, we follow that path: from the Schola Progenium, through the trials and the apprenticeship of the Cadet Commissar, to the authority of the Officio Prefectus and the wargear they carry into battle. This is a companion piece to my Tempestus Scion video. If you haven't seen it yet, it covers the other side of the Schola's story: ▶    • Tempestus Scions Lore: The Elite of the Mi...   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CHAPTERS 0:00 - Not One Step Back 3:06 - Who Are the Commissars? 3:40 - The Schola Progenium 5:34 - Through the Ranks 6:54 - The Officio Prefectus 9:17 - Wargear ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ If you enjoyed this, a like and a subscribe genuinely helps the channel grow. The executioner, or the one who never needs to draw his pistol? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CREDITS Sound effect by TheStoryRug from Pixabay https://pixabay.com/users/thestoryrug...
