Bible Journeys #13: Shepherds' Field - "Why Jesus Came?"

Shepherds'' Field is the place recorded in Luke Chapter 2:8-15 wherein the angel of the Lord announced the birth of the Lord Jesus in Bethlehem to the Shepherds who abide in their flocks by night. And then an angelic host appeared also in this place praising God, saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men." With this we can say that the good news of salvation was made known to ordinary men who were shepherds and these shepherds also made known the good news of the birth of the Savior to the people.
