Inside a $9.8 Million Houston Penthouse | Full Tour of The Belfiore Penthouse

Step inside one of Houston’s most extraordinary residences. Spanning over 9,000 square feet across two levels, this penthouse at The Belfiore was acquired as a raw shell and transformed from the ground up into a one-of-a-kind residence overlooking Houston. Designed with an emphasis on craftsmanship, architecture, privacy and understated luxury, the residence features two expansive terraces, 11-foot ceilings, a private elevator, a dramatic sculptural staircase, Venetian plaster, Italian marble, herringbone white oak floors, custom millwork, a La Cornue range, Gaggenau appliances, a hand-blown Murano chandelier, multiple entertaining spaces and sweeping views across Houston. In this full tour, Jeffrey Fawaz and Mike Elaridi of Fratelli take you through the residence, its design, and the story behind its transformation from an unfinished shell into a completed penthouse.
