Monday afternoon at 15:14! The bell has finally rung and Mark has officially broken free from the SG1 gates! He has survived his Monday, and fingers crossed he managed to keep his head down with no more rogue broken mice trying to ruin his day! 🖱️ He has chucked his bag in the back of the Peugeot, and now the clock is ticking to complete the squad. Next stop: extracting Leona from college! We pulled away from Tree Corner, pushed out of Sherborne, and pointed the nose south. We got a cracking, clear run straight down the A352, chewing up the tarmac as we cruised through Longburton. Keeping the momentum rolling, we swept smoothly past Lyons Gate—and thankfully, there were no surprise temporary traffic lights springing up to block our path this afternoon! From there, we took the incredibly scenic route, winding our way through the stunning, dense trees of Hendover Coppice. The Peugeot absolutely loves sweeping through those quiet, leafy back stretches! Popping out from the woodland, we merged cleanly onto the A37, putting the foot down for a solid, fast blast south. We are just about to peel off the main drag and head down into Bradford Peverell. It is time to mentally prepare ourselves to brave that ever-growing building-site chaos at the SWRAC car park once again!
