Strawberry Filled Cup Cake Recipe Main ingredients Butter – 100 gm Sugar – ¾ cup Vanilla essence – 2 tsp Egg – 2 Maida – 1 ¼ cup Baking powder – 1 ¼ tsp Salt – ¼ tsp Butter milk – ½ cup Milk – ¼ cup Strawberry sauce Strawberry – 1 cup Sugar – ½ cup Corn flour – 1 tbsp Water – 1 tbsp Method Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree. Mix both sugar and butter. Make a smooth paste. Now add vanilla essence and egg. Mix well. Now mix maida, baking powder and salt. Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Now add curd or buttermilk. Now bake cake for 20 minutes at 180 degree. Strawberry sauce Boil strawberry and sugar. When it melts add cornflour and switch off the flame. When its cool fill it inside the cake.
