The defendant says he threw in a free warranty, and claims the plaintiff went on a rampage and destroyed his office. 27:34 - Then, the plaintiff says he unknowingly rented an illegal apartment from the scamming defendant, and she evicted him onto the street and treated him like a criminal. He’s suing for damages. The defendant says she rented the apartment to a woman, but instead the male plaintiff showed up and never left, claiming to be a tenant of hers but never was. She says she even had to call the police to get him to leave. The defendant claims the plaintiff has no lease with her, and therefore she does not owe him any money. 41:37 - Plus, the plaintiff says he rented a place that the defendant claimed she owned, which he later found out wasn’t true. He says the kitchen had no appliances, and he’s suing for rent and his security deposit. The defendant says the plaintiff is a squatter and a scammer who never gave her a penny.
