Is Elite Spec the best Spec for Linked Sledges? (2176MMR)

We face Glassbaten (Rank 22 World) and this time we choose to go with Elite Spec. There are both upsides and downsides to Elite Spec. First, you're link and number of sledges will be slower. On the other hand, your link will be stronger, and you'll have level 2 air units right after the link which is usually when you can also afford them.
