Undercover Coach Teaches Players A Lesson About Teamwork

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'RE PLAYING WITH? For this episode, Coach brought in one of his old coaches undercover to test the players in a real match environment. The objective was simple: emphasise communication, teamwork, positive energy, work rate and having the right mindset when competing. But constant communication can be intimidating. When someone is always talking, directing and demanding more from you, how do you respond? During a programmed match between the Basic Ball Group First Team and the BBG Competing Squad, one player had a negative reaction towards the undercover coach. The player had no idea who he was. And that's exactly what made the lesson so important. Football is bigger than individual ability. Your reaction to teammates, your communication, your body language and the way you respond under pressure all matter. This wasn't just a football lesson. It was a lesson about TEAMWORK, CHARACTER and how you conduct yourself on the pitch. Watch until the end to see what happened and what the player learned from the experience. ⚽️ BASIC BALL GROUP Talent ID Centre with 3000+ Footballers in our Community. KEEP IT BASIC.
