An honest look at our amazing stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Veracruz—and nine days of family, food, and vacation memories in Mexico with my wife and daughter, Lucia. In September 2026, we spent a week and two days reconnecting with cousins and family, eating plenty of local food, and enjoying time together by the pool and the beach. We also joined in the Independence Day festivities, including the 5K and marathon events in the port of Veracruz. The service was top-notch, the staff were incredibly thoughtful, and the food and amenities were fantastic.
