Victus by HP Gaming Laptop Troubleshooting | NVMe SSD Not Detected

In this video, I troubleshoot a Victus by HP gaming laptop that wasn't detecting its hard drive/SSD. I started by checking the BIOS to see whether the NVMe drive was being detected. I then opened the laptop and inspected the NVMe SSD and its connection. The customer ultimately decided not to proceed with further repairs, so the laptop was reassembled and returned. The reassembly process isn't shown in the video, but the teardown and troubleshooting steps are included.
