A Possible Fini-Flight for a KC-135 Crew member aboard 60-0333 High Life (100ARW) filmed 16.07.26

Recently, I managed to film the return of 60-0333 High Life from the 100ARW as it taxied back and parked up after an operational flight holding over Romania. Right after I stopped recording, the pilot, or a crew member, appeared to receive a traditional "fini flight" send-off, being water-bombed and sprayed with water guns and champagne on the ramp! I haven't seen any official photos, of the event that day, or any other plane spotters’ pictures (although I do believe two other guys nearby had cameras on them). I also believe I was the only one in this specific spot capturing their return on video. CAN YOU HELP? If you know who this final flight was for, which crew member was celebrating a milestone, or have any info, please feel free to drop a comment below. A gentle reminder: I usually make shorts - I don't film to compete with the top streamers, just record the things that make me smile. This was filmed on an old iPhone with a steady hand.
