Francisco Time of Incident: Approximately 2220H Location: Nakpil Street corner Maria Orosa Street Incident Details: Victim was walking along the area when 2 suspects on motorcycles snatched the victim’s cellphone and bag Suspect 1: Riding PCX motorcycle Suspect 2: Riding Honda Click motorcycle Both suspects wearing black clothing Fled immediately after the incident Action Taken: District Director Western Charles A. Francisco coordinated directly with PCP Remedios Station via Radio regarding the incident -PCP Remedios Station immediately responded on the radio call communication and verified the incident reported by DDW Charles Francisco *In view of the foregoing incident, PNP Remedios formaly requested MCOPS to extend duty until morning on the next succeeding duties. IV. SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS ✅ Successfully deployed 5 teams across critical Malate intersections ✅ Maintained active visibility and roving patrol from 2100H onwards ✅ Promptly reported and documented snatching incident ✅ Established direct coordination with PCP Remedios leadership ✅ Accepted request for extended duty through morning hours on the succeeding duties ✅ Sustained inter-chapter collaboration: Western Manila, Quezon City, Camanava V.
