Mt Whitney Mountaineers Route

These pictures were taken during a backpacking trip up the Mountaineers Route to the summit of Mt. Whitney. We stayed at the Whitney Portal campground on Thursday, Sept. 24th, 2026, hiked to Upper Boy Scout Lake on the 27th, summited on the 28th, and hiked back to Whitney Portal on the 29th. Our guides, Rowan and Damiel from International Alpine Guides were great and the other guests were too. –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Music: Incantation by Scott Buckley https://www.scottbuckley.com.au/ License: Creative Commons — Attribution 4.0 International — CC BY 4.0 Free Download / Stream: https://links.al/EBL Music promoted by Audio Library: https://links.al/youtube ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
