When Your Heart Feels Heavy | Night Prayer Before Bed

Some nights, your heart feels heavy and you don't even know what to say to God. If that is how you feel tonight, you don't need perfect words. God already knows what you are carrying. 📖 Romans 8:26 reminds us: “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for...” Tonight's prayer is for anyone carrying worry, hurt, disappointment, fear, unanswered questions, or simply the exhaustion of a difficult day. Bring it all to God. You may not have every answer tonight. Some situations may still be unresolved when morning comes. But you do not have to carry everything alone. May God's peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus tonight. May He bring healing where there is hurt, courage where there is fear, wisdom where there is confusion, and rest where you are tired. You don't need all the answers tonight. God knows. God cares.
