i stste a few facts from the record and put rex straight on what impersonation is or isnt, thayer did not impersonate anyone, he fails to remember where his so called evidense came from whch was a video of him sat outside his house... he never claimed to be apublic official and didnt mention a name of one either, rex created his own evidense and lied to the prosecutor.
