Training Regimes | Assigning Coaches | Championship Manager

Welcome to my new video: Training in Championship Manager. I've created this video to highlight all my Training schedules to maximize the development of all my players. If you want to add anything you see within this video to your training regimes, pause the video and copy the details to your schedules. Coach Assignments continued: When assigning coaches to training options, only assign your coaches to a maximum of 3 training options each. This will maximize the player's development and your coaches development too. Furthermore, check the Goalkeeping and Outfield Players attribute for each coach. Example: When you assign three coaches to Goalkeeping, ensure the three coaches' goalkeeping attributes total 50! When assigning coaches to Fitness, Tactics, Shooting, and Skills, make sure there's a total of 50 points in Outfield Players. Coaches with high Tactical Knowledge are also suitable for Tactics.
