After heavy rain the day before, the sun is finally back in Phuket — perfect timing for a beach day. Today we head down to Surin Beach, one of the most popular beaches on Phuket’s west coast. In this video we take a relaxed walk along the beach to see what has changed, look at the vendors and restaurants along the back of the beach, and check out the current prices for sunbeds, food, and water sports. Surin Beach has changed quite a lot over the years. At one time there were many permanent restaurants here, but they were removed and replaced with temporary structures. Now the vendors and sunbeds have slowly started returning again.
