I was supposed to update him when the secondary arcanes came out, but I forgot. Weapons are to taste, as always. Arcane Impetus will eventually get stacked by Noctua. Noctua with Blast will auto-shoot if the Blast procs, since it thinks the Blast damage comes from you shooting. The 3-3-4 combo is mostly useless after the health changes on enemies, so there is no point in wasting your energy on that. If you do not have a Riven for the Verglas, use Serration in its place and swap Tenacious Bond for something else. Overall, this is one of my favorite builds to play because I don't need to do anything, and if I need to shoot, the status vulnerability of Pageflight makes everyone explode.
