TopHost - https://tophost.org/2026/lara-leyson Recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda pinch of salt 3/4 cup unsalted butter(1 1/2 sticks), melted 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon vanilla 1 whole egg 1 egg yolk chocolate chips (as many as you like!) Directions To make the cookie dough: 1. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the flour, bakng soda and salt; set aside. 2. In a large sized bowl beat the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until well blended. 3. Add vanilla, whole egg, and egg yolk to the large bowl; beat until light and creamy. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients; beat until well blended. 5. Stir in chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon. 6. Refrigerate the cookie dough for 15-20 minutes. Time to roll and put the cookies in the oven! 7. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. 8. Take out your cookie sheets and line them with parchment paper if needed. 9. Roll about 2 Tablespoons of cookie dough at a time then drop them onto the cookie sheet 2 inches apart. 10. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are lightly brown on the bottom. Cool on baking sheet for about 2 minutes before transferring them.
