The Girl Who Ate the Pomegranate | Persephone’s Descent

Some doors change you the moment you walk through them. "The Girl Who Ate the Pomegranate" is inspired by Persephone, but this song is really about the moment you enter a dark season and realize you may not return as the person you were before. It is for anyone who has been changed by loss, distance, silence, or the kind of growth that only happens underground. This is not just a song about being taken into the dark. It is about becoming someone new inside it.
