The M130 offers additional EQ adjustment through the Edifier Connex app, allowing the sound to be fine-tuned according to personal preference. Its presentation is smoother and more controlled, with tighter bass that extends deeper and carries more body. Vocals and instruments blend more naturally, while still providing a reasonable level of separation and detail. Its smoother character also makes it comfortable for longer listening sessions. Although the two speakers are similar in size, they are clearly tuned for different listening experiences. For my own listening, I normally use professionally produced tracks with clearly defined vocals, bass, and instrumental elements to evaluate a speaker more closely.
