If humans and human-y robots can both create microdoses of Agony, but only computers can channel it, then recycling old tech is distilling non-haunted microdoses. Let's call it... Echoes? Remnant, Agony, Ghosts, Echoes - the R.A.G.E. framework. Soul = Ghost that is alive & running on its original Runner, the body Ghost = Soul without its body handling thoughts. Unstable. Possession = Ghost in a new Runner Remnant = Liquefied Possession Agony = Trauma energy generated by a human Soul or human-y robot. Robots almost certainly auto-absorb their own Agony. Same as Possession which is why suits of armor aren't FNAF animatronics. Echo = Agony without the trauma. Least powerful but also most ethically sourceable. No murder necessary! :D
