I show how to fix most STI type road bike shifters that are not working by simply cleaning and lubricating them. You don't even need to take them apart. Most times it's just old grease that doesn't let the pawls move freely. There are usually not broken parts. These are Shimano ST-6400 shifters (Shimano 600/Ultegra).
